We have been providing fully serviced offices at Martland Mill since 2007, with local companies attracted by the ease of start-up and the convenience of getting essential office services from one supplier. Most of our tenants are able to rent the space they need with supplied services such as internet access, phones, calls, cleaning, call answering, meeting room, while also taking advantage of Small Business Rates Relief to reduce overheads.

Since establishing the mill as a local business centre we have sought to continually develop the standard of service and facilities available.
