How do I rent an office at Martland Mill?
Any available office space will be listed on this page. You can either complete the enquiry form and a member of our team will contact you, or call us on 01704 891 151 to arrange a convenient time to view the offices and included facilities.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is payable.
What is included in the rental agreement?
Your agreement includes a fully furnished office with electricity and gas central heating, telephone and broadband services, receptionist support, and complimentary use of the on-site conference room.
Can I move in immediately?
Yes. Offices can be prepared and ready for occupancy within a matter of hours.
Are there any additional costs?
Tenants are responsible for business rates related to their office space. However, if this is your sole business address, you may be eligible for small business rate relief, currently set at 100% for properties with a rateable value below £6,000. All offices at Martland Mill fall within this threshold. Charges apply for premium-rate calls and calls made from international mobile numbers.
